A Love Poem By Aaron Edward Olson

A Love Poem
By Aaron Edward Olson

Unsearchable beauty I found in thee at last
What eyes cannot see how quickly you pass
If not for your heart so brave and so bold
I’d have lost you my treasure more precious than gold
Two hearts become one and rise from the tomb
Like a coal on fire a diamond in bloom
He’s removing the dross through a furnace of time
Emerging is Love a bond in its prime
The Love we now share like stories of old
Will withstand any trial being made sevenfold
