The best way to do anything i please, 
Is not me but Christ within me. 
So when you ask how I did it my answer always will be, 
It's not me, it's just because of Christ within me. 

I wasn't caught up in concern over my capabilities, 
I just left it to the power of Christ within me. 
The only true expert in every field of expertise. 
I never forgot,
The help I've always got,
In the God that can do everything I cannot. 
So I just let him give it everything he's got. 
Whatever I do,
I don't have to do,
No matter what it is I'm going through. 

I wasn't worried that I wouldn't measure up, 
Wasn't tough, 
Or strong when things got rough. 
Because I didn't have to be good enough.
That isn't who I have to be. 
All because Christ did it for me. 
Just as he always does for me. 
He made it so simple for me, 
It may be an unbelievable opportunity,
That may make it hard to believe,
But why waste such an opportunity? 
When he can work things out so well for me. 
I just have to stay with him and keep an active faith. 

That's also how I became so brave. 
By leaving everything to the God who conquered the grave. 
If anyone thinks they can defeat God or stop me, 
God's limitless power makes that complete insanity. 
No matter what I have been through, I'm here to tell the tale. 
Because even when storms made the right way hard to see, 
And on my own i couldn't prevail, 
I remembered God was the guiding wind in my sails.
My secret To reaching success so fearlessly, 
Was always simply Christ within me.
